SHUTTLE INSTRUCTIONS
1.
PLEASE CONTACT
Jennifer Capistran at Granlibakkan Conference Center (530) 581-7311 OR JENNIFERCAPISTRAN@GRANLIBAKKEN.COM
and Reserve the shuttle form and to the
airport at least SEVEN days prior to
the start of the conference. Be
prepared to provide: Arrival Date Time and Flight, and Departure Date Time and
Flight.
2.
Upon arrival at
the Reno Airport proceed to North Lake
Tahoe Express (NTLE) counter located in the Baggage Claim area, behind Enterprise Rent-A-Car, near the information boothway. Check in
with the shuttle service, collect your bags and follow the driver’s
instructions. If you do not find
the driver, or other issues arise call 1-800-543-3221 and seek assistance.

Remember you must
hold reservations for the shuttle in order to use this service.
