Please have presentations saved onto a USB drive or CD before the session begins. A PC with PowerPoint 2003 will be provided so please format presentations for this version of Powerpoint.

To package custom fonts and video files with your presentation and ensure video files will play properly, use the Package for CD option in Powerpoint 2003 as illustrated below.

File - Package for CD

Name the file or CD and choose options

Uncheck PowerPoint Viewer and select Linked files and Embedded True Type fonts and click OK

Choose copy to Folder to save your complete presentation to a USB drive or local hard drive.

Choose a location to save the presentation and click OK.
